Victor Spink - Profile

VICTOR SPINK. N.D.D. Cert’ R.A.S. Victor Spink studied at Wimbledon School of Art, part-time and full time, between 1952 and 1957, qualifying in Sculpture gaining an NDD. Special Level. He did his two years of National Service in the Army as a hospital cook in which he spent some spare afternoons in the sculpture studios of Guildford School of Art and Reading University. Then three years full time study at the Royal Academy Schools, gaining a Cert. R.A.S. in sculpture and two Bronze medals for drawing: His range of artistic skills include paintings and drawings, sculpture, murals, painted furniture, machine embroidery, two painted pavings, puppets, and a mosaic. Images on this site range from 1956 to the present day. Victor and his wife Nicky now live in Weybridge next to the River Wey where he works in a small studio. Victor is now a committee member of the W.A.S
